Mr. Jones was not only professional but he was prompt and responsive to my needs. He listened to my concerns and was genuine and honest with me. He provided quality work and I was very impressed that he left the area cleaner than it was when he met it! I am happy to say that I have not had any problems with my unit since he repaired it and I would 100% recommend him to everyone!
